Cancellation policy

Your appointment is really important to us at Nue and reserved especially for you.

 

Whilst we completely understand that sometimes there is a need to reschedule or amend appointments, we respectfully ask for as much notice as possible.

​

 

With this in mind there will be be a cancellation fee of upto 50% of your session price if you are unable to make your appointment, cancel or do not show without contact within 48 hours of your session.

​

 

Where possible this will be taken from your deposit and may affect your payment plan.

This charge must be paid before you can rebook your session

 

If you can’t make your appointment please just drop us a message as soon as you can and we will always try our best to be flexible.
